With us all being worried about the effects of climate change for both ourselves and future generations, our impact on the environment has never been more important. The introduction of the Home Information pack began in August 2007 in England, with 4 bedroom properties being the first to be subject to the pack. On September 10th, they were rolled out to include 3 bedroom properties and at the moment there are no plans to introduce the rest of the market, however, analysts feel that they should begin in or around the beginning of the new year.
